I ordered a few things for my dog, and somehow what showed up wasn’t even what I picked. One item was the wrong size, and another was just completely different. I emailed them to get it fixed, but it dragged on way longer than it should have. Super frustrating because I actually needed the stuff that week, not whenever they finally got around to sorting it out. i’m not ordering from them again.

I was hoping to find some really useful dog advice, but most of the articles felt way too basic. A lot of it was stuff I already knew, like “make sure your dog gets exercise,” “feed them good food,” “be patient with training,” “go to the vet if something seems wrong,” and things like that. I kept looking for more specific tips, like what to do with leash pulling, picky eating, barking at the window, crate issues, nervous dogs, grooming problems, or introducing a new puppy, but it was hard to find anything that actually went deeper. It wasn’t terrible, just not very helpful if you already know the basics

I was really hoping this would help with my dog’s teeth, but I’m not seeing much of a difference. Am I missing something? His teeth still look gross after using it, so it just didn’t do what I expected.

I bought this thinking my dog would curl right up and love it, but nope. He kept shifting around like the poor thing was trying to get comfortable on some sad little bargain-bin cushion. The material felt okay to me, but he clearly wasn’t buying it and never really settled. it was kind of a letdown and not worth it for us.

The ingredient list seems okay overall, honestly. Better than a lot of other brands I’ve looked at. That said, there were still a couple things in there I wasn’t super thrilled about. My dog didn’t seem to mind at all though and ate it just fine.

The box arrived all beat up, whoever packed it didn’t do it any favors. The packaging was flimsy and the bag had split open a little, so it made a bit of a mess. The product itself seemed okay, but the whole delivery just felt sloppy

I bought this thinking it might finally help with my dog’s breath, but i barely noticed any difference. He seemed to like it and the shipping was fine, but after using it for a while, his breath was still rough. I feel like these kinds of dog breath products always sound better than they actually are. Maybe it works for other dogs, but it didn’t really do anything for mine. Kind of disappointing for the price.

It looks nice overall, but the design feels a bit plain to me. Nothing really jumps out or makes it feel special, haha.

The site was easy to get around, but the checkout felt a bit slow. Not terrible. Just slower than I expected. I had to double-check my address a couple times, and the payment page took a minute to load. The order went through in the end though. So overall, fine experience, just not the smoothest.

I’ve been trying to get this issue fixed for weeks now and it’s getting really frustrating. Every time I reach out, I either get a vague reply or a totally different answer from the last person I talked to. One rep says one thing, another says something else, and nothing actually gets resolved. I still don’t have a fix, just a bunch of confusing back-and-forth.

I tried to manage my subscription it turned into a whole hassle. No clear cancel button anywhere. Just clicking around, getting annoyed. I emailed support too, but the replies took forever. Not worth the stress for me. I won’t be using it again.

I waited around for the delivery all day, and the dog food just never showed up. It’s frustrating because I was counting on it, and now I’m not really sure I can trust them to deliver when they say they will.

I really wanted to like this site, but it was just kind of meh. A few useful bits here and there. But a lot of it felt basic and not super helpful for my dog specifically. Maybe it’s better for brand-new dog owners. For me, though, it just didn’t really hit the mark.

I had high hopes, but right away the smell was kind of strange. My dog sniffed it for a while and only picked at it a little before walking away. Maybe the flavor just wasn’t for him, but it just felt.....

My dog eventually got on board after a few tries, but I wouldn’t say he was as excited as some other dogs seem to be. The website was easy enough to use and nothing really went wrong, but compared to other places I’ve ordered from, I did wish there was a bit more info before checkout. Overall, it was okay for us. I can see it being a better hit with less picky dogs.
